[Tfug] MMPC setup

Well,
        This is a Pentium 4 box, not an XBox.  So we will be using
some sort of window manager over xorg-server. Since we're going
to do away with NTSC soon. I was going to start by using it to
digitize all my legacy VCR tapes.
