Assuming this is a *serious* request <wink>, if you can obtain
a suficiently lengthy passage of "nearly neutral" speech from
OW, you could build a "voice" suitable for use with flite
or festival.

However, I suspect you will find the effort far outweighs
the novelty value you would perceive from the result!  :>
