[Tfug] Looking for Orson Welles speech synthesizer

Does anyone know of a speech synthesizer that I can make sound like Orson
Welles?  I want to set it up to read me TFUG posts in that voice, and also
maybe a British voice too for the "quatrains."  A la "The Man Who Saw
Tomorrow."

I think that would rock.
