My personal experience with Sprint Broadband was fraught with frequent
service outages, and horrible customer support. Also, the service sucked
out loud even when it was "operational". When I canceled due to these
continued problems, I explained in great detail and in writing my reasons
for doing so, but they still sent my account to collection for the
remainder of the 2 year contract. Sprint is very likely the worst choice
you could make for Internet service in Tucson.

PS. I have equally horrifying stories for MCI long distance service, and
Verizon wireless service. I will soon be verifying the ability to
transfer my cell number to a different service provider.
