WorldCare (www.worldcare.org) has these quite often.

WorldCare receives Sun workstations from time to time
(though I haven't seen a DEC machine come through in
quite a long time).

The UofA auctions *regularly* have machines from
DEC and Sun (though this seems to be trailing off
as most of the non-PC hardware seems to be getting
replaced with generic x86 boxes).
