Doh... Well, you were right, it is a routing problem, but the machine only has 
1 network interface. It is sitting on an internal network with the DSL port 
forwarding to it... But checking things for the hundredth time, the DSL modem 
it port forwarding HTTP/SSH/etc to the machine correctly, but sending FTP 
connections to 10.0.0.0, instead of the servers IP. Something is barfed in 
the DSL modem config, now... only if someone knew the password...
