Well there's this --> http://leaf.sourceforge.net/ LEAF is "Linux
Embedded Appliance Firewall"

For a load of documentation, check out this site --> http://tldp.org
"The Linux Documentation Project"

Basically to setup routing you need to work with IP Masquerading, and
for a firewall use ipchains/iptables.  Both are documented on tldp.org
as well as various sites you can find on www.google.com/linux
