[Tfug] A LUG for UA?

I agree with this and with all of the sub-points.  I think I'm pretty
convinced that a separate group would do more harm than good.

I'd like to mention another possibility, though.  It might be
reasonable to create a UALUG and have it be TIGHTLY associated with
TFUG: basically, have every event be a joint UALUG/TFUG event.  I can
think of a few benefits:

  1) nobody is excluded
  2) the benefits of a university-affiliated group (space and money?)
  3) it might be a bit more appealing to shy university students to go
     to a university group rather than just a community group

Now, I'm not lobbying for this.  I really don't care.  It just occured
to me so I thought I'd mention it.
