I'm also a big Redhat/Fedora fan, although I don't think there are
many on this list.  Also, I think Debian & Mandrake are better geared
toward individual desktops and Fedora better geared for larger
deployments.  That (debatable) opinion may lead you in the
debian/mandrake direction.
