[Tfug] NetID to IP addy (AKA, that's what you get for not teaching in a while...)

smbclient -d 3 -L vader shows me the ip address for the machine whose 
netid name is vader.  i haven't used it in years, but i seem to recall 
that nbtstat is the way to go on windows.

I don't think this will always work though because your master browser 
or wins server or whatever may not now know anything about the machine 
that contacted your machine, and may not ever have known anything about 
it.  maybe someone more familiar with smb/cifs can elaborate on this or 
tell me i'm full of it.
