[Tfug] NetID to IP addy (AKA, that's what you get for not teaching in a while...)

Okay, I have a question. I know I've already answered this myself in the 
past- it was part of my class. But since I've not taught in a while 
(thanks Pete), I have completely forgotten the answer....

How do I translate a NetID name identified in a SAMBA log to an IP address 
or domain name?

I recall there being something for this, but for the life of my I can't 
recall what it was...
