Exactly. Cygwin even has installable MinGW binaries!!! Even in an M$
world, we can still count on Unix to bail us out. Cygwin is a great tool
in exposing unix to windows users. Even comes with GNU C compiler, MinGW
libraries/tools, and GNU Make for building applications for M$ or unix.
Of course, with the benefits of GNU C compiler, now your students can
learn about the greatness of self-built cross-compilers on their Windows
systems at home/school! I get so excited just thinking about it.
