"Typical Windows users". Ouch. :) I deal with those all day......major
bummer ;)

Have you checked out PGP? www.pgp.com

(quote from their website)
PGP Desktop for Windows 8.0 includes Windows XP and XP Office support; new
enhanced user interface, directory integration with Microsoft Active
Directory, iPlanet Directory Server, Novell NDS, OpenLDAP Keyserver, Novell
GroupWise 5.5 and 6.0 messaging client.
(end quote)

Keep in mind that they DO charge for that version of PGP, although you could
just get the freeware version and use that instead. It would be only
slightly more work for the people using it, assuming they can copy and
paste.

Just food for thought,

Glenn

all would share your wisdom and experience. I have to set up, instruct and
support typical Windows users. Most of them use Novell's GroupWise (none
use Outlook) or Eudora, Pegusus or NS email client. I would also be
interested in your comments about Opera's email client.
