I have not done email encryption before so I would appreciate it if you all would share your wisdom and experience.  I have to set up, instruct and support typical Windows users.  Most of them use Novell's GroupWise (none use Outlook) or Eudora, Pegusus or NS email client.  I would also be interested in your comments about Opera's email client.
