No offense to anyone but that argument is not a good one. A judge or jury
will laugh at you behind closed doors and being telling everyone your
argument for years to come.

Judge: "Remember that kid several years back who used the 'hobo' analogy
to justify using a computer network? God I about pissed myself when I
heard that. A hobo...why didn't he just use the 'she was wearing a hot
dress and had it coming defense?'"

Meanwhile you're locked up or on probation and paying thousands of dollars
in fines.

Plain and simple. If you're going to do activities such as this you have
to do it on the sly. Publishing, posting,talking about where these
locations are could land you in a world of hurt. Sure I know several
places in and out of town with open networks but I'm not going to go telling the
world about them.
