Yep, you could probably get away with just changing "stable" to "woody" or
"testing" though, I think you would prefer to have the contrib and
non-free sources.  Also I tend to find the http.us round robin to do a
better job than ftp.debian.org.

Not that manually, just go to update, go to select, it will have selected
everything that is updated, hit enter, let it resolve the dependencies,
and then hit enter to install (mostlikely, unless you have dependency
problembs).
