[Tfug] Need suggestions for eSATA or USB controller card

Looking for some suggestions on a Linux compatible controller card to
connect an external eSATA or USB 3 dock to a T7400. I've got PCIe x4, PCI-X
and a regular PCI slot open on the board. It seems like most of the current
offerings are for x1 slots. My first choice would be for eSATA, but open to
a USB 3 controller especially if it has both external connectors as well as
internal connectors for power and some sort of 5.25" bay based device.
