Hmmmm... I took a wander through their web site and didn't see any
*giveaway* programs. I.e., it seems as if they would use donated
bikes as salable items (or, as a source for components to assemble
into salable items).

<frown>

I was hoping for a transaction that avoided a monetary exchange
(i.e., put the bike into a deserving child's (?) hands -- instead
of *selling* it to said child).

But, I will keep them in mind. I left word with a family that
might be able to make use of the bikes ("as is" or after their
repair) and hope to hear from them tomorrow or this weekend. I'd
much prefer seeing the bikes go directly to someone who can use them
(instead of being converted to cash for someone *else* to use)

Thx!
