  thanks for the candid and very funny response!  :)

  conjuring up "Office Space" here...  it is indeed sad that the
bottomless well of Defence money is also the bottomless drain of
endless taxation increase and deficit spending.  I am somewhat
confident that healthcare will improve, at least marginally.
