[Tfug] Ground tips and Universal Power Supplies

Thanks. I might not have been aware of that if you didn't point it out.

I'll go out and replace it today. I always like the idea of having a 
multi-use item, so I've been wanting to have a Universal PS in my bag of 
tricks for a while any ways.
