Quite possibly you can get your copy of MSPubli$her to run on Linux (or
Mac) Crossover: (SFAIK, you can legally use the program if you remove it
from your other machine. Check your EULA. :) )

SFAIK there is no out-of-the-box program that reads and writes MS
Publisher files on any operating system. Remember we are speaking of
Microsoft here, the company that was thoroughly miffed whenever another
vendor found ways to use open files which had the MS .doc format.
