The reason he doesn't do that is because it wouldn't get this sort of
reaction. Think about it, he's not only a conspiracy theorist, but trying to
sensationalize it at the same time so that he can have maximum reaction. I
don't know how much of all this Skull N Bones, Eugenics,
[insert_any_other_lame_consiracy_theory_here] is true, personally like the
point you just made, I don't really feel that any of it is but you also have
to think "Why is Eric doing this?" Is it trying to 'Spread the Truth' al la
the X Files or his he just doing this to have fun because he *KNOWS* this is
the exact reaction we on the list is going to have. I don't personally know
the guy so I can't tell if this all in good fun or if he sees it as he's
doing to the right thing and trying to educate The People for the end of the
world is near... you know that sort of thing. I don't know. What I do know
is that I have fun baiting him on but, that is a different topic. Oh well.

All I want to say, eric, is that this type of thing makes people be
skeptical of *all* scandals.  Which is a problem.
Maybe just concentrate on thoroughly documenting a small, mainstream
piece of it?
