Problem with that is that GMail includes the Sender header:

 Sender: Your Name <gmailaccount at gmail.com>

which MS LookOut insists on displaying in the headers as "On behalf of Your 
Name <gmailaccount at gmail.com>".

If they would just change that to "X-Sender: ...." MS LookOut wouldn't care.
