I'll never forget when I called Cox a couple of years ago to tell them
my internet and TV service was dead and they tried to sell me on moving
my phone to them...

We've had four outages in the last two and a half weeks - seems they
keep having to dig up the street for some reason. Longest outage was
last Saturday for 6 hours. My neighbour came over - she has TV, internet
and phone with them... why trust everything to one company??
