[Tfug] Cox and Port 25

While they don't block those ports Comcast is up to their own form of
nastiness that, imo is much worse than what cox is doing. So I have cox. :D

They also block inbound port 80 and 443, which makes it a little hard
to develop Google Health apps.

Meanwhile, Comcast here does NOT block those ports OR outbound
requests to port 25.
