[Tfug] OT: Open file handles under W2K

Hi,

Is there any utility in W2K to let me see which
processes are holding open file handles on a
particular file (or, list the files open for
each process)?  Some application appears to
be holding handles too long thereby preventing
me from modifying (unlink, rename, etc.) files
without resorting to "log out".

Windows sux.
