I personally would keep it in the US.  The jurisprudence of foreign
nations are unknown to the majority of Americans.  Most other
first-world countries don't even have a strong freedom of speech law
like our constitution provides.  For example, are you versed in how
Switzerland would treat slander?  I'd also worry that non-citizens
would have less legal rights than the local boys.  And in the event
that you were to break a US and/or Swiss law, Switzerland and the US
have judicial assistance treaties.

Quite ironically, these concerns don't even account for the
"sustainability" of the US IT sector by shipping your site overseas.
