First, I agree with everyone that has expressed that when a business 
makes a mistake, it's completely up to them to make "getting it back" as 
easy and cost free to the costumer as possible.

What I wanted to know is, will you be bringing the Aspire to the meeting 
tomorrow? I would love to see that baby in action.
