[Tfug] need to borrow video card for troubleshooting

Well, the board has not beeped in years or ever.  We tried a new
speaker, no beep.  The keyboard i think ilghts up, but if you press fn
lock it stays lit.  The machine booted once since it stopped working.
The CD drive blinks continuously but removing it still does not make
the MB POST.  Brand new stable PSU that worked fine for a few weeks at
least.
