[Tfug] Defrag a disk

I figured asking the question would be telling a lot about myself  :-)

We were just going over some weird stuff happening on an XP machine that
defrag "seemed" to fix, so I thought to ask about Linux --

We do have Exit for the Linux, so I guess we're OK.
