The service is great. The customer service is horrible.

I rarely get outages, I do get great speeds, and I wouldn't
even say the people there are bad. I really think it's just
customer service policies they have in.... Dammit I can't
remember the exact problems I've had with them now,
so I should just shut up. I just remember walking away
from them a couple of times thinking 'hmm, that was
disappointing. It's a good thing I don't have to call them
very often'
