Where does phpinfo() cull the data about the PHP install from?  The biggest
problem I had when I recompiled PHP was the fact that phpinfo() never
returned any data about the oci stuff I installed - it wasn't until I tested
it via a script that it showed as being installed.  The original install
came from RPM.
