Sorry,
      I had to put some fires out at PCC today. So I couldn't get back
until now.  We all agree that :

needs fixing. Maybe we should take it from the other direction. How
did the web pages get there in the first place? Oh sure, I could throw
in the towel and say, "Humph, they're anarchistic", but what good
would that do?

     Could the guy that altered it in the first place talk offline to
the guy
that wants to fix it?
