[Tfug] What are the good DSL ISP options here in Tucson?

With the lack of options (looks like Qwest.net is the only good DSL ISP 
option, but I'm willing to be convinced otherwise), has the possibility 
of TFUG operating an ISP for experienced users ever been raised? 
Something like http://www.flex.com/ -- If that's anyone's idea of fun, 
I'd use it.
