[Tfug] Odd Spam Subject Line

[Jim Secan]

I've been receiving a lot of spam of late with the string
"%RND_UC_CHAR[2-8]" in the Subject line.  I would say that easily 20-30% of
spam received over the past week or so had this in the subject line. Anyone
know what this is?
