[Tfug] Qwest outage

It affected cell-relay customers aggregated through our DS3,
so it's not necessarily DSL specific, although obviously the aggregate
goes through one piece of equipment at some point, so it could
be that device (some ATM switch or DACCS?) or some vital
interconnect within their ATM network.
If I ever get an answer from Qwest, I'll post it here for the curious.
I've never waited this long for Qwest. Normally I can get info on a ticket
within 1 minute...they're actually very responsive. This indicates
how serious of a problem this must be.
