Never heard of Infragard before, but their mission

What's the deal with the meeting place, though? It's nice of the people who
are
hosting the meeting to provide space. However these people who allow
Infragard
to meet at their place advocate preference of AND provide advantages for
people based on their race.

On the other hand it's pretty cheap to only give only $5k for scholarships.
The
hispanic chamber might be too topheavy with administrators as many
non-profits
are. How much do the staff get paid versus the workers/beneficiaries?
