it won't get rid of all such messages, but adding "to unsubscribe from
this list, go to" to the existing footer might help, even though it's
redundant.

so, david lee, what was your reason?  reply-to munging?  cut and paste
error?  wanting to tell us all about it?  thinking that all replies go
to the request address?  we're not upset, just curious.
