[Tfug] OOCalc opens OOWriter

I've got a tab separated dataset in plain text named, e.g., `foo'.  If
I try to open the file by invoking `oocalc foo', OOo decides that
since it's a plain text file, it should open the file in OOWriter.  To
open the file in OOCalc, I need to rename the file `foo.csv'.  Does
anyone know how to work around this brain-dead behavior (i.e., "use
the app that I specified to open this file")?
