I've used Qcad a number of times... it works alright... My biggest complaint 
is that the drawing size/page size/units are never consistent in my 
experience. Change the size or units of a file and it doesn;t actually 
change. Try to print out and the output comes out scaled drastically 
different then the page size you choose. Etc....

I haven't used Qcad since the 1.6 line. Just downloaded 2.0.3-3 tarball the 
other day. You have to manually fix a bunch of things to get it to compile 
correctly. Atleast the one print I did do seems to have come out 
appropriately sized, but I haven;t been able to plot it yet.

On another related note, does anybody know how to reorient HPGL coordinates? 
I've tried both ps2hpgl (a GS script) and pstoedit, but both plot HPGL from a 
lower-left origin only (as far as I can tell. Large scale plotters like mine 
plot from a center origin.
