You can change the eth0 interface to be 192.168.254.1 by doing:
set int eth0 address 192.168.254.1
set int eth0 netmask 255.255.255.0
Then ensure that the dhcp pool is dishing out the correct range:
sh dhcp server pool 0
If it's not then use:
set dhcp server pool 0
command set to change all the various settings. Doing a:
set dhcp server pool 0 ?
will show you all the available options. When done do a:
write
reboot
That should do it.
