Apparently, I am using dhcp3-client (it was what defaulted, and I dont 
recall selecting it. I'm actually having some other problems with some of 
the defaults which, when I get time, I'm going to post to the list).

That being said, there is a very complicated:
	/etc/dhcp3/dhcpd.conf

which is what I assume I need to monkey with. Unfortunately, I dont have 
the time at the moment to pour throw EMMPs (even more man pages ;-) and 
learn YACF (yet another configuration file ;-)

I'll probably give up on it one of these days and just reinstall dhcpcd, 
which I understand better ;-)
