Debian provides 3 distinct dhcp clients: dhcp-client (dhcp2),
dhcp3-client (dhcp3), and dhcpcd (dhcpcd v1).  I'm not sure as to the
differences, on my testing box, I just use dhcp-client.

For reference, dhcp-client has two conf files: /etc/dhclient-script
and /etc/dhclient.conf.  A portion of dhclient-script rewrites
resolv.conf.  Quickly reviewing the script doesn't reveal an option
for disabling this behavior.  A single comment marker would certainly
do the job, however.
