[Tfug] memory and Debian

I added some memory to a Dell server running debian and the bios reported
that it detected more memory during the next bootup but when I did a free
It does not seem to report more memory, there is a more that normal that
is free but not 512 mb free.

I went from 1 gig to 1.5 gigs of memory, not sure if Debian sees it this way.
