[Tfug] X Configuration of mice

I ran into a neat thing.  I have an older computer, Debian 3.0 running X 4.3.0.1.

I had to reinstall (Hard drive failure) and now while setting up I was testing a couple things. I set the mouse in X to use '/dev/input/mice' and the USB mouse works. When I change that to '/dev/psaux', the PS/2 mouse works. Since my USB is wireless, I would like it to work... but I need the PS/2 for when the batteries go dead ((no I do not want to logout when I need to change). Any way to enable both with the "GUI" interface? Or, do I have to butcher the XF86Config-4 file?
