BananaPC is pretty cheap. They're in the US so you will save a little in 
shipping. Or you could go with SolarPC. Looks like most of their systems 
are EPIA or EPIA V rather than EPIA M though. I don't know if you care 
for the 266 Mhz FSB though. Maybe you could get them to build you EPIA M 
with one of their super cool 1U cases though.

What I did, was I went on Ebay and got an old NetVista case for $20. 
It's not MiniITX, but it's an extra small FlexATX which was every bit as 
good for me. It's about a 1U (too small to be 2U). It's very comparable 
to the size of MiniITX cases.

If you are really hardcore though, mini-itx.com has a few examples of 
how to make your own out of acrylic plexiglass. Fun fun fun under a heat 
gun! Or something like that. Not to mention you can plaster it with 
appliques and light it up with cathodes and diodes like a Christmas tree.

Boy, life can sure be fun with a little time and even less money.
