Casey,

No experience with email encryption.  

I've used Opera as my primary email client for over a year in linux and windows 
environments.  My overall impression is quite positive for both usability and 
stability.  The only time I've run into problems was adding more than 5 sub-
directories to a mail folder <crash in win2k, haven't tried in Suse 7.3; may have 
been fixed since Opera 6.05 which I'm still using>.   On the other hand, I don't do 
anything fancy with email <KISS>.
