Do you?  Your expectation of privacy is very limited under the law.

That can be argued.  If you leave your door open and I enter without 
doing anything else, and leave upon your request - Can I be charged with 
a crime?  And if so what crime?

What kind of radio transmittions are you talking about?  Police... Fire? 
 What whould you be charged with and would you be charged under all 
circumstances?  What about a CB radio?  WHat about a cordless phone?
