Howdy Jim,

  XP Pro and it was installed first on the system.  Then I installed
  RH7.3 and I didn't have to modify grub for anything other than the
  Label I wanted on WinXP.  I think it tried to call it Windows or
  Windows NT by default.  I haven't seen the "want to format" problem
  at all though.
