[Tfug] exim questions

I have an exim queue that contains a large number of frozen messages.  They
are undeliverable because the local address no longer exists.  They are mostly
spam, however, and so exim can't send a bounce in return.  So... they just sit
there... growing.

How can I 1) flush this queue easily?  There are quite possibly some messages
in there which are NOT for this long gone user, so I can just rm * in the
directory.  2) How can I make exim just give up (and delete) on a message when
the local address doesn't exist AND a bounce can't be sent?

I've looked through the manual some, but most of what I've found are methods
for forcing the queue to try again, not to give up.
